Taking care of your boards is easy and it keeps them looking amazing for a long time. These boards are sealed so juices and liquid won't penetrate them as long as the board is kept in good shape. To do that, remember to hand wash with cold or luke warm water and mild soap (I prefer Dawn) lightly after each use. Wipe it dry with a towel and you're done. Depending on how much you use the board will determine when you need to reapply mineral oil and board wax. For best results, this should happen every 3 months or so. If the board gets scratched, you can lightly sand it with 150/180 grit sandpaper, followed by 220 grit sandpaper until super smooth. After sanding then apply the mineral oil and board wax.
